Since it's been over 1 1/2 years since my last update, I decided that I would have to call this update "After an Even Longer Break...". Usually I feel that I don't have any good excuses for not updating our site more often. This is not the case now.

In September (2011 in case your not sure Wink), Bjørn and decided it was time to prioritize our health for the first time in a very long time. After reading a lot of articles and getting some advice from an Xtravaganza instructor, I decided to take the LCHF plunge. What was amazing (at least for me), was that Bjørn not only supported me but he also decided to try out the LCHF diet. You can check out the LCHF section for more details, but in short we started working out 2 - 3 times a week (and often 4 times a week), cut out sugars and starches and kept our total carb count to under 20. This led to a loss in weight and an increase in energy levels! To be exact, Bjørn has lost 20 kilos and I have lost 25 kilos (44 and 55 pounds). Well, enough about LCHF on the front page.

With Spring comes new energy, ideas, hopes and dreams. At the same time we start looking forward to Summer and a well-deserved long vacation. Ann-Louise and I are going to Ixia (right outside Rhodes) for a week in June, and then in July both the Andersen and Roald families (all 8 of us) are going sailing in Croatia for a week on 54-foot Sun Odyssey. I know you all are envious (and you should be). It's gonna be a blast!

Stay tuned. I may even update our site within less than a year this time (but don't hold your breath). The first thing I "plan" on doing is to put up new photos of Bjørn and me on the front-page slideshow.
